1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (CST) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over $200

  • Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States.

5. International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not provide international shipping.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

7. Delays & Carrier Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Weather, holidays, or logistics issues may affect delivery time

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once the package is handed over to the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos)

9. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply
