Shipping Policy

At LiveWell Peptides, we ship research materials from our facility in Dallas, Texas — quickly, securely, and with the handling standards these compounds require.

Quick summary: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day. Free shipping on US orders over $200. All orders ship in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging with tracking provided.

1. Order Processing & Same-Day Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is processed

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS Ground, and FedEx.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary by destination and seasonal volume.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on US orders over $200
  • Orders under $200: shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Expedited shipping rates are shown at checkout before you complete your order

4. Temperature-Controlled Handling

Peptide stability depends on temperature control during transit. All lyophilized research materials are shipped in thermo-insulated packaging, with cold-chain materials included where the compound and transit conditions require it.

Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard domestic transit. On receipt, transfer materials to refrigerated storage (2–8°C) as described in the product’s storage instructions.

5. Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging. No product names, compound descriptions, or company branding appear on the exterior of the parcel.

6. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 US states.

International shipping: International orders are not available at this time. We are actively working to expand international shipping and expect to announce availability in the near future. If you’d like to be notified when international shipping opens, email sales@livewellpeptides.com and we’ll add you to the notification list.

7. Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking within one business day of your confirmation email, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we’ll resend it.

8. Delays & Carrier Issues

Once a parcel is in the carrier’s hands, delivery timing is outside our control. Weather events, holiday volume, and carrier logistics can affect transit times. If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than three business days, contact us — we’ll open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for more than five business days, contact us and we will file a carrier trace and work with you toward a resolution.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Check with neighbours and your building’s receiving area first, then contact us within 7 days. We will assist with the carrier investigation.

10. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed; a reshipping fee applies.

11. Research Product Shipping Notice

All products are shipped as laboratory research materials only.

  • Not intended for human or veterinary use
  • Recipients are responsible for appropriate handling and storage on delivery, in line with the storage instructions provided with each product
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher purchasing for laboratory research purposes
