1. Order Processing & Handling Time
We strive to process all orders as fast as possible.
Handling Time: 1 Business Day (Monday – Sunday).
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Central Standard Time – Dallas) are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next day.
Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped directly from our facility in Dallas, Texas.
2. Shipping Rates & Costs
We offer competitive shipping rates and free shipping incentives based on your order total.
Free Shipping: We provide Free Shipping on all domestic orders of $200.00 and above.
Standard Shipping (Orders under $200.00): For orders below $200.00, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and your delivery destination.
Carrier Rates: We use UPS Ground carrier rates. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
3. Delivery Estimates
Carrier Method: We primarily use UPS Ground for domestic shipments.
Transit Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location relative to our Dallas warehouse. Generally, UPS Ground packages arrive within 1 to 3 business days after shipment.
Note: While we process orders Monday through Sunday, actual delivery times depend on UPS operational days and holidays.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been processed and a shipping label is created, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
