Frequently Asked Questions

What are peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids commonly used in scientific and laboratory research.

What quality testing do you provide?

At Livewell Peptides, all products are independently tested by certified third-party laboratories. Testing typically includes identity confirmation and purity analysis using advanced analytical methods such as HPLC and Mass Spectrometry (MS). Each product is supported by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) to ensure transparency and quality.

How do I read your Certificates of Analysis?

Each COA includes the peptide name, batch/lot number, testing methods, purity percentage, and analytical results. You can verify authenticity by matching the batch number on your vial with the corresponding COA listed on our website.

Do you test for endotoxin contamination?

Endotoxin testing is performed on select products where applicable. If endotoxin results are available, they will be clearly indicated on the product page or within the COA.

What purity level do I need?

Most research applications require peptides with ≥98% purity, which is the standard offered by Livewell Peptides unless otherwise stated. Highly sensitive or comparative research may benefit from higher purity levels depending on the protocol.

How should I store unopened peptides?

Unopened peptides should be stored in a cool, dry environment, away from direct light and moisture. For long-term storage, we recommend keeping them refrigerated or frozen at -20°C to maintain stability.

Do you provide medical advice?

No. We do not provide any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Why do products say “Not for human consumption”?

All products from Livewell Peptides are intended strictly for research purposes only. They are not approved for human or veterinary use and must not be consumed, injected, or administered to humans or animals.

When is my order processed?

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

How long do reconstituted peptides last?

Once reconstituted, peptides should be stored in a refrigerator and typically used within 7–14 days. For longer storage, aliquoting and freezing is recommended. Stability may vary depending on the compound and solvent used.

Where do you ship?
