At LiveWellPeptides, we take pride in the quality of our research materials. Please review our policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Return Policy Overview
Due to the nature of our products (Research Peptides), we do not accept returns for “change of mind” or if you simply ordered the wrong item. We only accept returns if the product is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect (wrong item sent).
- Return Window: You must report any issue within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return/refund on defective items.
- Condition: Returns are accepted for defective products only. Items must be in their original packaging to be evaluated.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or defective:
- Do not throw it away.
- Contact us immediately at sales@livewellpeptides.com.
- Please provide your Order Number and clear Photos of the damage/defect.
Once we verify the defect, we will provide instructions on how to return the item (if necessary) or issue a refund. For valid defective claims, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you received a defective item, we will process a refund for that item. If you need a different product, please place a new order.
4. Refund Process
Once your claim regarding a defective or damaged product is inspected and approved:
- We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
