1. No Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive and research-based nature of our products:

  • We do NOT accept returns once an order has been shipped

  • Products cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind or ordering mistake


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only provided under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an incorrect item

  • Your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier


3. Reporting Issues

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

👉 Claims made after this period may not be accepted


4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do NOT offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened or used

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible


6. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the refund


7. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases (damaged or incorrect item), we may offer:

  • Replacement product

  • Partial or full refund (at our discretion)


8. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping if applicable
