1. No Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive and research-based nature of our products:
We do NOT accept returns once an order has been shipped
Products cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind or ordering mistake
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are only provided under the following conditions:
You received a damaged product
You received an incorrect item
Your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier
3. Reporting Issues
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide:
Order number
Photos of the issue (if applicable)
👉 Claims made after this period may not be accepted
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do NOT offer refunds in the following cases:
Product has been opened or used
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Improper storage or handling after delivery

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
